GuloGulo: Why did you choose to be a featured poet for GuloGulo?
Trenton: I just really care about writing and I think poetry and songs have always been a niche, the most natural way to express this need to create. So finding ways to expand my professional reach, or my impact, my means to help people through my work in the way that I want to help people.
GuloGulo: What about your process are you curious to share with the community through your workshop and or performance?
Trenton: Poetry as a means of enlightenment, helpfulness, and sharing the love…I hope that’s something people can pick up with my work.
GuloGulo: What type of poems should we anticipate witnessing from/of you?
Trenton: Spiritual, political, revelatory.
GuloGulo: What words would you like to share with your inner artist?
Trenton: Love life….Love yourself. Love your work. If it’s not love yourself, heal yourself. Be strong.
